A new vegetarian restaurant has opened in Notting Hill. A first of its kind, Tiny Leaf will source its food from nearby eateries and food outlets to make daily-changing ‘casual fine dining’ options from breakfast through to dinner.
It is London’s first and only organic, zero waste, vegetarian restaurant. Their menu takes root in organic surplus food stock, generously supplied by local food suppliers and supermarkets, farms, distributors, plant breeders and retailers.
Tiny Leaf boasts four floors including a dedicated cocktail bar and film screenings room. Lower down in the ground floor bistro, find food with a guilt-free conscience (and no meat).
For the owners, anything goes, really, though the idea is to experiment with fresh food and surprise eaters by the quality and originality of the food served.
Main courses will include offerings like braised chickpea and fennel, miso rice cakes with kimchi, and mushroom risotto.
