Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers, maintain the shop floor and stock organisation.
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Able to adapt to different types of customers quickly.
- Keen to learn product knowledge.
- Operating tax free machines, register customers on CRM system.
- Introducing promotions and our brand to new customers.
- Cross-selling products in order to increase average sales values and units per transactions.
- Retail sales experience.
- A professional appearance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic functions of apps and software such as Microsoft Excel.
- Punctual and able to work around a rota.
