Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Operating cash registers, maintain the shop floor and stock organisation.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to adapt to different types of customers quickly.
  • Keen to learn product knowledge.
  • Operating tax free machines, register customers on CRM system.
  • Introducing promotions and our brand to new customers.
  • Cross-selling products in order to increase average sales values and units per transactions.

Requirements
  • Retail sales experience.
  • A professional appearance.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
  • The ability to read, write, and perform basic functions of apps and software such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Punctual and able to work around a rota.
